History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: Ernest hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barber for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: Aldous hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often
