Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length blonde hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. A true patriot, Simon would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
