History: Gifted from a young age, Percival studied abroad. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gilbert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
