Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Lance lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent mother

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against brigands

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Fortune-teller again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
