History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. After coming to the age of reason, Ernest took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and retire the richest man in the east

He prefers to carry a bow, but if one is not available he will default to his crossbow. He has no hair. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Lewis is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Tanner responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
