Personality: He is fixated on the number 83. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: Randal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He worked as a nervous Butcher and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
