Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Arnold was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Jeweler and was forced into it by his family.

Description: A 5'1" eastern man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His silver hair is still thick. His ears are large.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. The war was a terrible time for him, and Diggory does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and money/treasure

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His tied-back hair is golden. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugh. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in the south to a Sage, Richard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he is unsatisfied with his job
