History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Anselm took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: 5'1" and muscular, this eastern man wears a simple tan robe with brown stripes complete with hood. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Alexandre is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Alexandre was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
