Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Richard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and balancing his hectic life and new laborer responsibilities is difficult
