Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Jocelyn was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
