History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Dyer, but he got bored and became a Sellsword. He struck the Sellsword job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mortician but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Hunter never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content
