Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Simon was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Mortician, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
