Description: He has a missing right leg. He wears yellow painted combat armor at almost all times. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Roland is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Roland was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Roofer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Cartwright, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his son

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He has brown eyes.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is greedy

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His white hair is knotted and matted. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears tattered old clothes. His blonde hair is lengthy. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Clerebold was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe, marred by teas. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are violet and beady.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his youth he was a Scribe, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a scribe again
