History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has achieved small success as a Spy.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and regain custody of his daughter

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Geoffrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Adelard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
