Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Bernard was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Bernard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bernard decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
