Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Born to a Ploughman, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He struck the Bowyer job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: To be a Ploughman again; and balancing his hectic life and new bowyer responsibilities is difficult

Description: A middle-aged man, he typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor, and is pretty ugly. His black hair is braided into rings. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born into a rich family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new priest responsibilities is difficult
