History: Lance was born the youngest of three triplets. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, marred by beers. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He prefers to wear pastel pants and tee shirts. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and wishes to resurrect an old love
