Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A 6'1" northern man, he very much looks the part of a Mortician. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's also a talented Baker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He takes great joy in being the best Ploughman in town.
History: Born in the west to a Ploughman, Heward learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ploughman. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Description: An older man who dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner, he is not a threatening figure. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: Wants a kiss; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: A 6'2" northern man, he very much looks the part of a Unemployed. His red hair is long and unkept. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born to a Farmer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. He has worked as a Unemployed like his mother before him.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business
