Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he usually wears his tan robe and has his sword always slung over his shoulder. His chestnut hair is still thick. He has green eyes and a tan hat with a brown feather.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born in a small forest village. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Body Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'5". He sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, and his gloved hand is found clutching a shortspear. He has a very tight haircut. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Dean was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Human compassion; and sabotage a competitor
