His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miner arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

History: Born in the north to a Engraver, Nicholas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Tailor, but he got bored and became a Engraver. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His childhood dream was to be a Farmer, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Miner.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest, and carries greataxes. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A freak accident while working with his Seamstress father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.
