Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Reynard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now owns his own business.

History: Anselm was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Bookbinder mother left him crippled. He has achieved small success as a Gardener.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bounty Hunter.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bounty Hunter responsibilities is difficult; and to be a slave trader again
