History: William was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy chestnut stubble. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has a hunchback. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mercenary and was forced into it by his family.

History: Born in the west to a Healer, Lance learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Healer. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Healer responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
