Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears blue trousers with grey and blue striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. This violet eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. He's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He carries a battered club and tarnished pickaxe as well. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his top black hat.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: An older man who wears a fancy black suit, he is not a threatening figure. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: The child of a Engraver, who enjoyed hunting, Nicholas was taken on many hunting expeditions. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Human compassion; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He sports violet clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He wears his red hair down. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Dean alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He married young, but lost his spouse to giants. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
