History: Theodoric lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Theodoric took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Theodoric never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
