History: Randal was born the youngest of three triplets. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is typically in his Fisher uniform. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father.
