Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it, and he perpetually has his scimitar ready. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: This dark-skinned male wears baggy brown pantaloons and a yellow scarf. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A true patriot, Roger would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Detective father left him crippled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Roger was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a quarterstaff on his belt. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for him, and Frederick does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Born in the south to a Herbalist, Frederick learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Frederick liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Marshal profession.
History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.
