A freak accident while working with his Gardener father left him crippled. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Gifted from a young age, Heward studied abroad. Heward was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Miller. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to be a marshal again
