History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ernest is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
