Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a Ruler soon after.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Gifted from a young age, Percival studied abroad. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has taken up work as a Adventurer and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
