History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His childhood dream was to be a Navigator, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

History: Hugh lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
