History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Mortician who has hired him part-time. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Detective. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
