Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He takes great joy in being the best Carter in town.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.

History: Bertram lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has achieved small success as a Tanner.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to unite with his sister

Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
