History: Richard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bernard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Actor and found it very stressful. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and he is greedy

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A freak accident while working with his Ruler father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
