History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Frederick was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dilettante. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
