History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away.
