History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Lance was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lance's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
