Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He has moderate length red hair. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He has moderate length white hair. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is a Banker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and money/treasure

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His hair is chestnut and curly. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Carpenter for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
