History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Anselm was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shepherd they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Unemployed, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Anselm lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Spice Merchant, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and he wants revenge against orcs

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
