History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Through the years after Lewis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Lewis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
