Cory Shipley, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many white ritualistic tattoos. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Cory was born the youngest of three triplets. Through the years after Cory was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Cory's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Cory and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and an old rival family wants him found

Wymar Washington, Male Human [Permalink]

He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Trym Redfield, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He carries a battered ceremonial dagger and tarnished dagger as well. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This amber eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Kyle Shelly, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is wearing a tight black one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He has wavy chestnut hair. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Randal Spalding, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy white stubble. He dresses in pastel turtlenecks beneath a black coat with brown slacks. He has a hunchback. His white hair is thinning but still full. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Randal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a deep hatred of dire rats
