Reynard Gladstone, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears professional attire. His golden hair is heavily combed to the left. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Reynard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Reynard hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Theodoric Weston, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He is wearing a tight black one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Theodoric was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and to unite with his brother

Roger Windsor, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a trident, but if one is not available he will default to his hammer. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the right. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a Marshal soon after.
Motivation: To be a Baker again.
Flaws: Cynical. Bonds: Rich, Mentor, Job. Occupation: Marshal

He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair is chestnut and curly. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ralf embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

Clerebold Langdon, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 43. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to get a good night's sleep
Ideals: Entrepeneur, Athletic. Flaws: Insomniac, Insane, Racist. Occupation: Bookbinder
Voice: Uses sign language
