History: Ernest lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Ernest alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Wymar was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After months of barely getting by, Wymar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Shane's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Shane is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Farmer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cory was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
