History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he is wracked by social anxiety

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Hugh was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Hugh's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
