History: Born in the west to a Mason, Adelard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Butcher, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To be a Butcher again; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Don enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His childhood dream was to be a Jeweler, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Animal Trainer for hire.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. He wears suspenders and green workpants. His shirt is yellow, and he wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: William was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
