Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: He wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly monstrous two handed axes and tridents. He wears his blonde hair down. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Rolf was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rolf decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Seeks redemption.

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He tends to wear a violet poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. Simon liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He worked as a nervous Adventurer and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content
