History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Charles was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
