Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Don alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Diggory never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: Roland lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Chad hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
