History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Manfred liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Hugh was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When Gerard reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts
