History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Bounty Hunter, but he got bored and became a Carter. He has worked as a Carter like his father before him.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
