Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He takes great joy in being the best Doctor in town.

History: Balimaar was born the youngest of three triplets. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story.
